Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and energetic Insurance Office Greeter to be the first friendly face our clients see and hear. This is more than just a receptionist role – it’s an opportunity to lead by example, inspire others, and grow your career in the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all are customers and visitors as they enter the office, creating a positive and professional first impression.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Provide general information about our services and assist clients with basic inquiries.
- Demonstrate leadership by setting a positive tone and encouraging teamwork within the office.
- Continuously seek opportunities to learn about insurance products and office procedures.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Uphold company values by delivering excellent customer service with enthusiasm and integrity.
Qualifications
- Highly motivated and self-driven with a strong desire to grow and develop professionally.
- Passionate about helping people and making a meaningful impact in their lives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
- Energetic, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required.
