Hello, I’m Sylvia Benjamin, your local State Farm agent here in Nappanee! I’m a wife, a proud mom of two amazing adult kids, a Veteran of the United States Army, and a long-time small business owner who loves serving our communities across Elkhart County, St. Joseph County, Kosciusko County, Lagrange County, and throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan. I am a Desert Storm Veteran and a graduate of the University of Maryland. I proudly serve on the Board for the Boys & Girls Club of Nappanee and have previously served on the Board for the Boys & Girls Club of Elkhart County. Our team remains active with youth programs across the region and continues to support local students through internships and enrichment opportunities.

I’m also a member of the American Legion of Nappanee and serve on the Honor Guard. Our team actively participates in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Elkhart County and stays connected with programs that empower young people, families, and local organizations. I am the Co-Founder of LeadHERship Circle, a community group supporting women leaders and business owners, and I proudly serve in Personal Relations with The Rose Garden Recovery in Syracuse. I am also chair for Wings and Wheels for the Nappanee Apple Festival . I love bringing neighbors together during community events. We also are a sponsor the the 4H Elkhart County Fair, one of the largest County fairs in the nation!
