"I had, hands down the best experience setting up my policies with Alonzo. He did a fantastic job reviewing what I had with a different provider and finding me options that worked specifically for my needs. I sent him my prior coverages, he kept the lines of communication open and even though we had agreed prior on what I would be getting, he was still able to find better options for me when we did the final agreements and enrollment. He was thorough in covering all the details I needed. He answered all my questions. He quality checked his submissions to ensure all was done correctly. I would recommend 100%! "Walked in for quotes after getting tired of paying what I felt was a crazy amount with a different company. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The guy that helped me was very knowledgeable and was able to provide quotes for different levels of coverage, all of which provided higher coverage for less money than I am currently paying. I switched. Looking forward to experiencing what seems to be excellent intentional customer service!"
