What a wonderful lady you have in Sherri! Her friendliness, her careful attention to my complaint, her overall personality in one text is what made me call your company today instead of in a few weeks as i had planned. I know people are quick to complain—I certainly was— but i called because i wanted to work with the agent who handled that text. Thats how impressed i was. Now i realize Sherri is not an agent. "In my 20+ years of buying insurance for auto, home, etc., I've never had an experience working with an insurance company like Carlos provided me recently. I'm new-ish to the area, and the last company I was with jacked up my HO rates, so I started calling around to get quotes. Most companies wouldn't give me much of their time, but Carlos was amazing.
