"Carlos who works here is amazing! Last night, I had an issue with my car tire, and he stopped and he helped me change it. Like what??? My own insurance company wouldn't help, but here's this Carlos from State Farm who stopped what he doing when no one else would to help me. He gave my son something to play with when he got restless too. I can't give anymore stars I don't have insurance here yet, but I will! Go see the bald guy with the beard."
